Fire Damage – Bel Air Home

Fire damage to this Bel Air home started in the kitchen. An electrical fire broke out from a short in an overhead ceiling light fixture. The fire spread to the adjacent dining room. Both the kitchen and dining room had serious fire damage along with residue from a fire extinguisher and water damage from extinguishing the blaze. This all needed to be cleaned up before we could tear out the unsalvageable ceiling drywall and begin fire damage restoration work. We were able to restore some of the drywall and all of the flooring. With the ceiling torn away, it would be easier to dry the water damage from the firefighting efforts thoroughly.
