Water Damage – Bel Air Office

Water damage to this Bel Air office was the result of a pipe break in an adjoining bathroom. The pipe had burst over the weekend, so when the staff arrived Monday morning, there was a significant amount of water pooled on the floor. The flooring material was commercial grade carpeting, and we were able to clean up the water quickly. A plumber was located to repair the broken pipe in the bathroom. After the initial water clean up with a conventional extractor, we used a specialized extractor to squeeze out the remaining moisture within the short-napped fibers of the carpeting. We then set up commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying process.
